Exciting ROH 86 Project Uses Pedders’ Suspension to Enhance Toyota FT86 GTS
The ROH 86 Project pulled together parts and supplies from Australia’s leaders in the automotive aftermarket industry to get the ultimate performance from the Toyota FT86 GTS.
Already a powerful car, the 86 Project delivered an even faster, more dynamic version through the assistance of brands like Pedders, Whiteline, MRT Performance, Bridgestone, GFB, Exhaust Technology, Straightline Automotive, Stinger, Alpine Electronics, Extreme Clutch, Mothers, PPG, DBA, and others.
ROH, Australia’s only alloy wheel manufacturer, used Pedders’ SportsRyder eXtreme XA adjustable coil overs, which allows the height of the vehicle to be changed for enhanced handling.
The Toyota FT86 GTS’ bump and rebound damping can also be adjusted with just a click of a button through this advanced suspension.
Pedders group marketing manager Adam Gillick said the combination of various adjustable settings and many stores across Australia gives their customers ultimate flexibility and convenience.
“There are 30 click settings for increasing how hard or soft the ride is, so you can tune the ride for daily driving on our roads or adjust it quickly to the harder settings with a turn of a button for track day,” he said.
“As there are Pedders stores all throughout Australia, if the coil-overs need to be adjusted or ride heights needs to be changed it can be done quickly and conveniently at the local Pedders store.”
