3. Years/months you have been running this Pedders store: 13 years (been employed at Pedders Bendigo for 18 years – worked for previous franchise owner, wanted to grow the business and remain part of the Pedders group, saw the opportunity, so bought the franchise and the rest is history)

4. What makes this a great Pedders store?
a. The attitudes, knowledge and commitment of the staff group who all share my passion for the Pedders brand (thank you to Paul, Brendan, Mick, Daniel, Cindy, Garry and all of our previous Pedders Bendigo staff for making the store the success and great place that it is, and will continue to be.)
