Pedders offers GVM+ Upgrades for 2012-2019 & 2019+ Isuzu D-Max models that increase the vehicle’s certified Gross Vehicle Mass rating to 3450kg. The upgrade can boost vehicle payload by up to 600kg, providing a serious increase in load-carrying capacity and allowing you to safely and legally carry additional weight. This upgrade is ideal for customers setting up their rigs for work or play as it gives you the freedom to add additional equipment such as batteries, camping fridge, drawers or a canopy full of tools, without exceeding your GVM. This modification is Federal Government-approved and legal in all states & territories of Australia, and for new vehicles it can be applied pre-registration for brand-new vehicles.

Isuzu D-Max Brake Upgrades

Increase the stopping power of your Isuzu D-Max’s braking system with the Pedders range of brake upgrades. Pedders offers everything from high performance Kevlar Ceramic 4×4 brake pads that enhance your factory braking system, right through to full brake upgrade packages. Our hero product is the eXtreme Big Front Brake Kit which replaces the factory front brake setup with a monster slotted and dimpled rotor with a high-performance six-pistion red-finish brake caliper design.

One of the downsides of most popular dual-cab utes is the rear drum disc brake setups – Pedders has the answer with its Rear Drum-to-Disc Conversion upgrade. This fully engineered package includes brake rotors, calipers, brake pads and an integrated handbrake, plus all the necessary bracketry to completely revamp your rear brake setup.

Pedders can also install your Hayman Reese electric brake controller for braked trailers.
