A typical store requires an investment of approximately $420,000(Aus). This sum allows for the once only franchise fee of $16,500(Aus), commencing stock of approximately $120,000(Aus), an allowance of approximately $50,000(Aus) working capital with the balance covering equipment, signage and opening promotion.

No franchise royalties apply. Pedders Suspension supplies it’s own range of Pedders branded products. The Pedders advertising fund is administered by Pedders and all franchised businesses as well as those owned and operated by Pedders contribute to the fund.  Pedders franchisees are required to pay 5% of their monthly gross revenue (capped at a maximum contribution per month) to the Pedders national advertising fund which is directed to national marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads to all Pedders stores.

Outside of the national advertising fund there are other mandatory additional requirements relating to local marketing, infrastructure, store standards , equipment and other special projects that will incur additional costs. Further information can be provided upon request.
